The Florida Defense Contractors Association (FDCA) announces the appointment of three new board members.

The current board members of FDCA are happy to welcome new board members Eric Ellis, James Nelson, and Frederick Schor.

Eric Ellis is presently the Vice President and General Manager for General Dynamics Ordnance & Tactical Systems located in St. Petersburg, Florida.

James (Jim) Nelson is a Director in the Forensic Services Government Contracts Practice at Pricewaterhouse Coopers Advisory Services LLC in Melbourne, Florida.

Frederick D. Schor is the co-owner of On-Point Defense Technologies LLC in Fort Walton Beach, Florida.

In addition to Ellis, Nelson and Schor, FDCA’s Board of Directors consists of the following individuals:

  • Treasurer, Bill Reuter, President, R-Squared Solutions, L.L.C.
  • Secetary, Sue Englander, President and CEO, EEI Manufacturing Services

  • Alan Higbee, Managing Partner – Tampa, Shutts & Bowen
  • Joe Mayer, Director, Government Relations – FL, Lockheed Martin
  • Rick Roman, Insurance Agent, Gulf Coast Underwriters
  • Edward D. Spenceley, Senior Vice President, Bank of America Merrill Lynch
